Vendor Register classifies the vendors on a pasted list against a published dictionary and computes, from the columns pasted, the share of spend and systems that sit with each vendor, the country the dependency lands in, the criticality and the days left on the contract, then names findings and quotes the obligations the ticked regimes attach to each relationship. It is arithmetic on your own columns and a quotation of the obligation. It is not legal advice, a compliance opinion, a determination that any vendor or country is restricted, sanctioned or otherwise listed, or a recommendation to engage, retain or replace any vendor. Your counsel, your compliance function and your supervisor decide what the regimes require of you.

Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are given on request within 30 days of any charge. We may change prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

The clause text and evidence guidance quoted behind the obligations are licensed content and may be used within your organisation for your own vendor and compliance work. They may not be resold or republished. The dictionary of vendor categories, the country table and the obligation table are ours.

The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.
